Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

We will provide prepaid return shipping instructions. Once we receive and verify the unopened product, your refund will be processed.
Due to safety, quality, and regulatory standards, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage you to review product descriptions, dosage guidance, and FAQs before purchase to ensure the product is right for you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us at info@drjonessupplements.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.
Refund Processing & Timing
